By accessing or using the Global Database® application, you agree that Investment Metrics and/or its affiliates and Investment Metrics’ clients shall have unrestricted use of any and all data, responses and any other information you supply (collectively, the "Data"). Such unrestricted use includes, but is not limited to, (1) using Data in Investment Metrics client and research databases, (2) distributing Data to third parties in and in connection with Investment Metrics and/or its clients’ products and services and (3) distributing Data in print and Internet-based publications and/or magnetic media.
